Dr. Glenn Fleenor received his bachelors in Exercise Science from Samford University and graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2020. He brings a passion and commitment to helping the members of our community move better, feel stronger, and remaining active. Throughout his career, Glenn has had the privilege to meet and treat thousands of patients in Madison, AL. Glenn has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and spine rehab with a special interest in fitness training, injury prevention, and sports performance.
